The Old Mill in North Little Rock, AR is also known as the T.R. Pugh Memorial Park. It is a reproduction of an old grist mill built in 1933. It was in the opening scene of the movie "Gone With The Wind" and is considered the only remaining building from that movie. It is a popular place for events and photography. There are a couple of water features and lots of flowers in season.
