Devil's Tower
We met friends and spent the day at Devil's Tower National Monument in Wyoming. After hiking around the base and exploring the area we had a picnic lunch while we watched climbers prove their skill and courage on the rock.

Climbing Devil's tower is a popular goal for climbers.
There is a voluntary ban in June to give visitors a pristine experience. However, it is voluntary and we saw climbers, which is completely understandable. Some folks have limited opportunities to pursue their passion and have to go when they can. I don't blame them.
