Lesser Goldfinch

Early in my birding journey, I took the name "Lesser" Goldfinch to imply it wasn't as pretty as the American Goldfinch. laughed when I learned it meant "a little smaller." While it is a little smaller, the Lesser Goldfinch is still a beautiful bird.
